HR Manager

Descriptif du poste

Nous recherchons une ou un HR Manager pour intégrer l’équipe dynamique et ambitieuse de Witco et nous accompagner dans notre développement.

Membre de l’équipe G&A de Witco x SharingCloud, tu auras un rôle transversal avec des missions très variées :

  • People Operations :

    • Gérer les paies, contrats, avantages sociaux et veiller à la conformité juridique.
    • Simplifier et optimiser les processus RH : onboarding/offboarding, évaluation, formation, etc.

  • Recrutement et intégration :

    • Identifier les talents et garantir leur intégration réussie.
    • Mettre en place un onboarding structuré pour booster l’engagement des nouveaux arrivants.

  • Support collaborateurs :

    • Être un point de contact clé pour les équipes sur toutes les questions RH.
    • Lancer des initiatives pragmatiques pour améliorer l’expérience collaborateur.

  • Office Management :

    • Superviser la gestion quotidienne du bureau (logistique, relations prestataires).

    • Profil recherché

  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un rôle RH généraliste ou People Ops dans une entreprise en croissance 

  • Solide maîtrise du droit social français et des opérations RH

  • Organisation, sens pratique et capacité à travailler dans un environnement exigeant et dynamique en constante évolution

  • Excellent niveau d'anglais


    • Rémunération et avantages

    Salaire annuel brut : entre 36 000 € et 40 000 € en fonction de ton profil
