Sales Finance Administrator (ADV) (F/H)

Join a fast-growing WorkTech startup and contribute directly to the success of our Sales and Finance operations. As a Sales Finance Administrator, you'll play a key role in preparing quotes, managing invoicing, and supporting cash collection—making an immediate impact in a collaborative, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Quote Management: Prepare and manage client quotes using Sellsy, ensuring internal validation and timely delivery.
- Invoicing: Generate and send accurate invoices, ensuring all financial details are complete and deadlines met.
- Cash Collection: Track payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and handle customer queries or disputes professionally.
- Process Optimization: Suggest improvements to streamline finance and sales administration processes (automation, reporting, etc.).
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer teams to ensure operational fluidity.
- Tool Use: Leverage tools such as Sellsy, Excel, and CRM/ERP platforms for daily tasks.
- Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both English and French; a third language such as Spanish or German is a strong plus.
- Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and empathetic communicator—especially when dealing with client follow-ups.
- Organizational Strength: Highly detail-oriented and structured with the ability to meet deadlines and juggle priorities.
- Digital Fluency: Proficient with Excel and open to learning new tools (Sellsy or similar platforms); previous CRM/ERP experience is a plus.
- Mindset: Motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
