System Administrator ++ DevOps

As part of the Infrastructure team led by our Head of DevOps / CIO, your role will be to contribute to continuous improvement and take the lead on specific projects, to be defined together.
Your missions will include:
Production: Ensure everything runs smoothly, prevent issues, test system reliability and security, use and improve monitoring tools (Prometheus/Thanos, Fluentd/Loki, Grafana). Interventions outside of normal working hours (evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays) are to be expected.
Automation: Automate tasks such as CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI), maintenance operations, or deploying new AWS/Azure/Kubernetes platforms.
Support: Provide support to other teams, mainly development teams, on deployment and design/architecture topics.
Architecture: Design tomorrow’s infrastructure.
On-Premise Infrastructure: Set up on-premise infrastructures.
Internal IT Tools: Help administer internal IT tools (O365, Slack, Notion).
You will mainly interact with:
The Development team, building the Witco product,
The Product team, leading project management,
The QA team, ensuring product stability.
Your profile:
Solid experience in Linux system administration and development.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Mastery of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, OVH) and private cloud (OVH).
Passion for DevOps culture, a love for learning new technologies, and continuous technical monitoring.
Good understanding of architecture (authentication, API gateways, queues, system urbanization).
